Born and
raised in Kingsville, Shawn attended the University of Windsor where
he graduated in 1993 with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree. Working
with a national accounting firm in Windsor, he obtained his Chartered
Accountant designation in 1995. Shawn welcomed the opportunity to practice
in Kingsville and joined Dan Loop and Company in 1996 where he was quickly
admitted to partnership in 2000. In 2003, Shawn was appointed Chief Financial
Officer of a group of companies involved in providing long term care
for seniors.
Having returned to public practice in
2005, Shawn understands more completely that business owners
needs
are unique. Having been involved
in a number of business ventures, he has first hand knowledge
and
experience in understanding the special issues surrounding
family owned
enterprises.

Shawn currently lives in Kingsville with his wife, Shannon and sons, Eric
and Matthew. When not watching his sons play hockey, soccer and baseball,
Shawn enjoys family, golf, hockey, fishing and exercising.
